How to Order

Once you click the "Send Order Inquiry" button for an item, a Schoos Design representative will be in touch within the next business day. If you wish to be contacted by phone, please supply your phone number in the email. 

 

Conditions of Sale

Schoos Design does not currently accept online payments. Schoos Design accepts only payment by a credit card transaction with a signed credit card authorization form.  

All orders are subject to availability and are to be paid in full at time of sale. All orders are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-cancellable. 

Wood, Leather and other fabrics we use are natural products and are subject to variation in color, flow, grain, tonality, spotting, veining, shade and texture and material cannot be returned on this basis. 

 

Prices and Sales Tax:

All prices quoted are in US Dollars (US$). We charge sales tax for orders shipped to California. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.

 

Shipping:

Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible.  Since many items are custom-made, a lead time of several weeks may be required.  A Schoos representative will arrange appropriate shipping with you once an order is made. 

If your order can not be filled because the item is out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone.
